At Mikki Auld Hairdressing, we take every precaution to protect your clothing during your appointment. However, due to the nature of professional hair services—particularly colouring, lightening, and chemical treatments—there is a risk of staining or bleach marks.

We kindly advise all clients to wear dark, old, or non-precious clothing to their appointment, and to avoid high collars or delicate fabrics.

Please note: Mikki Auld Hairdressing is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings caused during services.

Your comfort and care are our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. However, to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another guest.

Privacy Policy

At Mikki Auld Hairdressing, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When booking an appointment, we may collect details such as your name, contact information, and service history. This information is used solely for providing an exceptional client experience, including appointment reminders, service customisation, and salon updates (only if you’ve opted in).

We will never share or sell your information to third parties. All data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised team members.

Hair Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your hair.

We offer complimentary adjustments for minor tweaks within 2 weeks of your original appointment. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of your service.

Please note:

  • Adjustment appointments are for refining your existing look, not a full re-do or change of direction.

  • This policy does not apply to full re-colours, change-of-mind, or services performed elsewhere after your appointment.

To maintain a relaxing space for all, we kindly ask that only clients receiving a service attend their appointment unless previously arranged. Our salon is not equipped for young children or extra guests.

Pricing varies depending on time, hair length, and product usage. We recommend a consultation for an accurate quote before beginning any service.

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of contagious illness or scalp concerns that may impact your or others' safety.
